MEMBERSHIP

1- How can I log in?

Please visit https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ and click on the “Log In” button on the top right of the page to enter the website with your membership account.

 

2- I forgot my Password . What should I do?

Please visit https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ and click on “Log In”. Click on “Forgot Password”  in log in page. Enter your registered e-mail address and click on “submit”. A notification e-mail will be sent, you can enter your new password by click on the link in this notification e-mail.

PAYMENT TYPES 

 

1- I am an IYI KI VARSIN  member. How can I make a payment on the website?

IYI KI VARSIN members who log in to the website to place an order can make their payments in 3 different ways.

  • Payment with only Points (loaded by ENERJISA URETIM to your account)
  • Points+Money (Points+ Online payment with Credit Card) (For Turkey only)
  • Money (Online payment with credit card) (For Turkey only)


2- How can I make a payment with my Points?

You can order a product from https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ with the points in your account.

3- How can I make a payment with Points+Money?

In case you do not have enough points to redeem, you can top up the rest or even pay for the whole sum with your credit card. This is possible only for Turkey for the time being.

4- How can I pay without using my Points? (with my credit card)

If you do not have enough points to redeem or if you would like to use your credit card instead of your Points, you can make the payment with your credit card on the payment section.

Card holders make their payments securely.

Credit card informations are used on the momentary authorization section – under Rapid SSL security system. No card details are kept in the system.

SECURE SHOPPING

1- Is our shopping done in a secure online environment?

Security of the credit card holders shopping in our web-site is of the highest priority and utmost importance for Sanal Magaza. Our servers are protected with ICS LAB certified firewalls and have high encoded SSL certificates of the reliable electronic shopping. Your card details are encoded by 256 bit SSL exclusively. The padlock icon placed at the bottom right corner of the page shows that the page is encoded by SSL and secure. 

If the card availability is approved, you can continue shopping. No information about the card is displayed and saved by the site.

Finally, your Sanal Magaza order and payment slip screen will appear.The product you have ordered, payment method, cargo delivery date, contact details and order number approved by our system are on this screen.

2- Can I make the payment by instalments with my credit card?

You can make your payment with instalment with certain credit cards and on

https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ website only.  Late payment interest rates are stated on website, please review these before your payment carefully.


ATTENTION: According to the legislation, the instalment by payment is prohibited in telecommunication, jewelry, food, cosmetics, office stuff and gift checks.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1- I would like to place an order on https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/. How can I place an order?

Please first become a member and log in to the system and add the product you chose to the cart. Then proceed as below:

1. To confirm your cart please open and read the “I read, understand and accept the terms and conditions” section on the right bottom of the page and if it is appropriate for you confirm by clicking the CONFIRM box. Then click on the “Complete Order” button and proceed.

2. Submit your Billing Address: If you have a billing address that you have submitted previously, click on the “Bill to this address ”. If you don’t have a registered billing address please fill in the “NEW Address” fields at the bottom of the page and click on the “Next“ button.

3. Submit your delivery address: When you click on “Bill to this address”, the page is updated and comes the “Ship to this address” button in front of you. Click and proceed.

4. You will see the Shipping cost in the new screen. You can pay the shipping cost with Points or Money. If you prefer money option, you will be required your credit card information. Please click the “Next” button on the right.

5. You will see the delivery address in the new screen. If the address is correct click the “Confirm” button. When you click “Confirm” your points and money (if available) will be redeemed and your order will be completed.


2- Can I delete the items in my cart?

You can delete the item in your cart by clicking the remove button on the right side of the item and then click on “update cart”.


3- How should I know I placed my order successfully?

You receive a confirmation e-mail in your registered e-mail address after you place your order sucessfully.You can also view your order history from My account/Orders section.

 

4- I placed my order however I want to change my address, what should I do?

Address change is only possible via registered e-mail address or 0 (216) 538 52 86 call center. However the address can not be changed if the dispatch paper/invoice has already been prepared.

 

5- How can I follow my order ?

You can view your order history after you log in https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ and then by clicking “Orders” under “My Account” section. Or you can call our call center from 0 (216) 538 52 86 for your enquiries.

 

CARGO AND DELIVERY

1- I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

You can follow your order from “My Account” section. For those orders that exceed the supply timeframe you can reach our call center from 0 (216) 538 52 86 to inquire your order.

About DELIVERY Address: Deliveries are made via courier company to the address. Please fill in all address areas in Shipping section of the checkout.

When there is MORE THAN 1 ITEM in an ORDER: If there is more than 1 item in an order the products are shipped seperately not to keep you waiting. The shipping cost is charged only for the first dispatch and not charged for other dispatches.

2- How should I receive the item from the courier company ?

You should open the parcel and control your orders in front of the Cargo courier personnel. If there is any damage or missing part in any of the items, don’t accept the parcel and prepare an official report with the Cargo courier personnel. With the acception of the Cargo, you approve that the Cargo company completed its responsibility and that you can’t return the item because the item is damaged or is missing parts.


3- How much will I pay for shipping ?

You can see the shipping cost on the CARGO step in the checkout.

4- Where can I see my cargo tracking and delivery information?

Your order will be sent to the delivery address you submitted in the system. To follow your orders, please log in to the website and click “Orders” under “My Account” section. Or you can call our call center from 0 (216) 538 52 86 to inquire the status of your order.

INVOICE

1- How will I recieve my invoice ?

If you have made the payment with only money or points+money, the money amount of your payment will be invoiced and the invoice will be sent to the “Billing Address” that you have submitted while placing  your order.


2- My order is invoiced but I want to change my delivery address, what should I do?

Address change is only possible via registered e-mail address. Please send an e-mail to

info@iyikivarsinenerjisauretim.com regarding the issue.

 

RETURN AND WARRANTY


1- Is there a warranty of the Rewards I ordered?

All items are under manufacturer and seller warranty. For the malfunction that occures after the item is received from the Cargo, our customers should apply to the manufacturer or seller company.

2- Which items needs installation?

Those items (such as White goods, Air Conditioning goods and/or or TV sets such as that of Philips, SONY, SAMSUNG and similar brands, etc ) must be installed by the authorised dealers. Please do not set up / install them on your own, otherwise guarantees would not be affective and items could not be returned.

ATTENTION: For 32” (82 cm with diagonal measurement) and smaller Televisions, the manufacturer charges for installation via authorized service. Please pay attention; this cost is being covered by the buyer.

3- What should I do if my order is malfunctioning?

You should apply to the authorized service center for the malfunctions that occures after the order is delivered.

4- I want to cancel and return my order. How will I have my points/money refunded?

If you spent points, they will be refunded to your account, if you spent Money it will be refunded to your credit card.

5- I didn’t receive the item I ordered. What should I do?

If you received an item other than what you have ordered, you can return the item unused and with original packaging to BIGGBRANDS A.S. address via Aras Kargo. The right item will be shipped to you after the return item is received by BIGGBRANDS.

6- How can I return my order?

You can return an item within 14 days after you receive it from the Cargo by applying to  https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/

Return items should be unused and in original packaging. It should be sent with standard accessories in full and good condition.

-The invoice should be sent along with the item.

7- Which items can not be returned?

Our customers/members can return the items within 14 days after they have received them, provided that items are not damaged, and please follow below conditions.

 

Mobile phones, cameras, computers, mobile and video electronic devices, can only be returned if the safety cling of product and / or product packaging box  / carton / gelatin is not removed.

The safety cling films that wrap and protect the product should not be removed in any case from the product Monitors, screens, etc should not have any scratches or damages. Otherwise, returning is not acceptable.

The same rule applies on any products with safety cling films such as products of Cosmetics, Personal Care items, Products of Hygiene, Processors ( CPU ), DVD, VCD, CD, Newspapers, Journels, Digitally downloadable items and all similar items. Otherwise, returning is not acceptable.

The returning of all types of Hygienic Products (such as underwear) are not acceptable.

Except the fact that  the product is defective or damaged, for the products that are hazardous for health or the products that can not be reused after opened (such as single-use products, all kinds of products one-to-one contact with the body)

No returns are accepted for the customised items that are especially produced for the customer, such as items with the customer’s name on, or food products with expiration dates, etc.

No returns are accepted for all types of supermarket products (such as food products).

No returns are accepted for all types of periodical products such as newspapers and magazines .

No returns are accepted for the products that the price is determined in the stock market or other organized markets (gold group).

No returns are accepted for the cheques (printed  or digital cheques / vouchers / discount coupons).

If there is any non-working product, initially you should apply to the official aftersales service branches of the brands or importer companies for defective or non-working merchandise and get a report defining the status of the problem. Your application to our company shall be considered in light of the reports given by those official aftersales service branches of the brands or importer companies.
