2. Ordering

For the shoppings in ENERJISA URETIM Reward Catalogue, you can only use Yapı Kredi, Akbank, Garanti Bankası, Iş Bankası, Halkbank, Ziraat Bankası credit cards for  the installment spendings defined in our web site. Interest differences are also explained on our web site, please review carefully.


ATTENTION:  According to the legal regulations, installments are not be applied for  the shoppings of telecommunication, jewelery, food, cosmetics, office supplies and gift vouchers. In the gift vouchers, the company voucher terms and conditions are valid.

 

ONLINE SHOPPING STEPS

In order to complete your order, you must approve the “Sales Agreement”. Please read it carefully , if it is appropriate for you please confirm by marking the checkbox. Then, click on the “Complete Order” button and proceed to the Invoice and Cargo Courier sections where you should write the information for us to deliver the products.

 

Enter your billing address: If you have a billing address that you have already registered in the incoming screen, click on the red text ”Send my invoice to this address” just above the address.

If you don't have a registered billing address, create your address in the new address creation section at the bottom of the page and click the next button at the bottom right.

 

Enter Cargo Delivery Address:When you click the ”Billing Address” button at the top of your registered address, the page will be updated and “Send to this Address“ button will be appeared. Click on this button and proceed.

 

Cargo Price: In this screen you will  see the Cargo price. You can pay the price by Cash or Points. If you choose a credit card option, you need to enter your credit card informations. Then click on the forward button on the right.

Payment- By Point or Credit Card: You will see your cargo address on the new screen, if your order has been completed, click the, “Confirm Order” button. When you click, you will be charged either with your point  or money and your order will be completed. After you complete your order, you will receive an Order Receipt at the same time you will also receive  an automatic e-mail that confirms you  have completed your order.

 You can delete the product you have added to your cart by selecting the box on the right of each product and clicking on the” update cart” button. You can also see your order history  in my account / orders section.

4. Please Note The Folllowing 

 

Gifts / Products are limited to stocks. Please note that there may be differences in the model / color / design of the items in Reward Portal https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/

 

Gifts / Products cannot be converted into cash. Products can not be ordered in any way for commercial purposes. Products sent to the customer by BIGGBRANDS can not be sold by the customer in any way for commercial purposes. In such a case, BIGGBRANDS reserves the right to cancel and not send orders.

The product Cash and Points values on our website are changed daily.

ENERJISA URETIM / BIGGBRANDS reserves the right to remove any item, exchange an existing item with an alternative one, add a new item, or change the points / price value of any item in the catalogue, anytime. 

In addition, any changes in the VAT / SCT rates, as well as any changes in the Tax and Customs Legislation may result in a change in Cash and Points.

The criteria for earning points in the Program are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Our company can not be held responsible for typographic errors ( on product names, prices, properties ).

 

5. Product / Reward Delivery (Courier& E-mail & SMS)

 

All items (Digital Gift Cheques / Codes / Discount Coupons excluded) are delivered to your address by the Cargo Courier Companies. In this regard please fill in the address parts of your order form completely.

Once you have received the gift / products, please open the gift / product and sign the delivery receipt to receive your gift.

Please check the items to see if there is any damage or missing parts before you sign the Cargo Courier submission form to accept the delivery. Please do not sign the form if you have detected any shortcoming ( damages, missing parts, wrong items ) and return the item to the Cargo Courier right away. Please note that no complaints regarding damaged or missing parts / items shall be accepted after you have signed the Cargo Courier submission form.  

Gift Cheques

Digital Gift Cheques

Digital Gift Cheques / Codes are sent to your e-mail address or as SMS or both. Please also check your SPAM in your mail box. In addition, please note that your mobile phones have permission to receive SMS from ENERJISA URETIM  / BIGGBRANDS. If you  do not have any permission, Digital Gift Cheques / Codes will not reach you,

Printed Gift Cheques

Printed Gift Cheque are shipped through the Cargo company and the Shipping cost that is determined BIGGBRANDS is applied.

The returning of all Gift Cheques (Printed Gift Cheques  / Digital Gift Cheques / Codes / Discount Coupons ) are not acceptable.

 

6. Return & Warranty& Authorized Services


All members who do shopping at  https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ are subject to the Warranty & Returns & Cancellations rules as follows : 

 

  • After the delivery, missing or damaged products recognized by the customer, are under the responsibility of the customer.
  • For defective items, please contact the authorized service company.
  • Otherwise guarantees would not be valid and items could not be returned. Sanal Magaza is not responsible for any problems that may occur in such cases.

 

You can always return the items within the 14 days after you have received them, provided that items are not used whatsoever and they are returned in their original product boxes along with the invoice and the dispatch paper, to BIGGBRANDS Please contact BIGGBRANDS Call Center and follow the Return procedures.

Please keep the delivery note of the item, the authorized service company will request in case of demand.

Do not accept damaged, defective items or items that are different from your request and please return to the cargo agent.

 On the other hand, the above does not apply to Special Products. Please carefully read the Return Conditions for Special Products section below.

All items / rewards come in under their individual producers ' / importers ' guarantees and warranty conditions. When you have received the item please read the conditions and the certificates of warranty carefully. We recommend that you apply to the official aftersales service branches of the brands or importer companies for defective or non-working merchandise and get a report defining the status of the problem. Your application to our company shall be considered in light of the reports given by those official aftersales service branches of the brands or importer companies.

The warranty period of the products begins with the date of delivery; ends with the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

 Those items (such as White goods, Air Conditioning goods and/or or TV sets such as that of Philips, SONY, SAMSUNG and similar brands, etc ) must be installed by the authorised dealers. Please do not set up / install them on your own, otherwise guarantees would not be affective and items could not be returned. ATTENTION: For  32” (82 cm with diagonal measurement) and smaller Televisions, the manufacturer charges for installation via authorized service. Please pay attention; this cost is being covered by the buyer.

7. Return Conditions for Special Products

 

Our customers/members can return the items within 14 days after they have received them, provided that items are not damaged, and please follow below conditions.

Mobile phones, cameras, computers, mobile and video electronic devices, can only be returned if the safety cling of product and / or product packaging box  / carton / gelatin is not removed.

The safety cling films that wrap and protect the product should not be removed in any case from the product Monitors, screens, etc should not have any scratches or damages. Otherwise, returning is not acceptable.

The same rule applies on any products with safety cling films such as products of Cosmetics, Personal Care items, Products of Hygiene, Processors ( CPU ), DVD, VCD, CD, Newspapers, Journels, Digitally downloadable items and all similar items. Otherwise, returning is not acceptable.

The returning of all types of Hygienic Products (such as underwear) are not acceptable.

Products that may present a health hazard or may not be reused after opening

(all kinds of products that require one-to-one contact with the body during use, disposable products) can not be returned in any way.

No returns are accepted for the customised items that are especially produced for the customer, such as items with the customer’s name on, or food products with expiration dates, etc. 

No returns are accepted for all types of supermarket products (such as food products).

No returns are accepted for all types of periodical products such as newspapers and magazines .

No returns are accepted for the products that the price is determined in the stock market or other organized markets (gold group).

No returns are accepted for the cheques (printed  or digital cheques / vouchers / discount coupons).

If there is any non-working product, initially you should apply to the official aftersales service branches of the brands or importer companies for defective or non-working merchandise and get a report defining the status of the problem. Your application to our company shall be considered in light of the reports given by those official aftersales service branches of the brands or importer companies.

8. Travel Products Terms and Conditions

 

- All travel products, services and experiences on https://iyikivarsin.enerjisauretim.com/ are operated and / or conducted by the Biggtravel Travel Agency, a part of Biggplus Group and BIGGBRANDS A.Ş.

- All travel products, services, reservations and experiences are provided in accordance with the availability of the products which is solely in the control of the product / service suppliers such as Airlines, Hotels, Restaurants, Tour Organisers, etc.

-  For the Airline transportation, the available Airline Companies  will be used  depending on the availability or connection status.                                  

 -  Unless stated otherwise, all prices for hotel accommodations come in per person in a double room. Accomodation type ( Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, All Inclusive, etc. ) is stated along with the particular travel product / service.

- Please check each travel page and read the information on the accomodation type carefully for the components included to travel.

- Compulsary travel insurance must be purchased seperately by the customers before the journey begins. 

-  Travel products, services, reservations and experiences are not applicable during Official / National / Religious Holidays, Special Days ( Valentine's Day ), New Years, Local Festival or Congress Days, etc. 

- Cancellations of the reservations ( once they are confirmed by the supplier and BIGGBRANDS ) solely depends on the rules and conditions along with all applicable penalties by the supplier are reflected on the customer. 

- BIGGBRANDS and Biggtravel are the go between agencies / parties for the travel services provided by each particular supplier. In this regard, neither BIGGBRANDS and Biggtravel nor ENERJISA URETIM  can be held responsible for the undesired situations that are not within their control such as airline or any vehicle delays, reservation cancellations, baggage losses, passport and visa problems, etc. In such cases no refund request would be met.

- Customer accepts all the terms and conditions specified here. 

- Unless stated otherwise, all rooms are checked in earliest at 14:00 hours and checked out latest at 12:00 hours. 
- Since the hotel rooms are generally designed for two people, the bed for the third person will be smaller and less comfortable.

 - Customers are expected to be at the airport 3 hours before the take off for the international flights and 2 hours before the take off for the domestic flights.

- Any goods or services not used during the journey will not be returned.

- Reservations must be reported to Biggtravel at least 4 weeks before.

- All mentioned tours are from Istanbul.
